P1 have been busy learning all about People Who Help Us as part of our World Around Us topic.
We were very excited to welcome some very special visitors into our classroom who help keep us safe and look after our community. The children listened carefully, asked fantastic questions and enjoyed learning about the important jobs these helpers do every day.
The pupils especially loved seeing the equipment, talking about uniforms and sharing their own experiences. This visit really helped to bring our learning to life and supported the children in understanding how people help us at home, in school and in the wider community.
Well done to all our P1 pupils for their excellent listening, curiosity and enthusiasm.
