In Week 1, our Primary 7 pupils were introduced to the foundations of safe cycling. They learned how to carry out a proper helmet check, ensuring it fits correctly and offers the right protection.
The class also practised the ABCD bike safety check — Air, Brakes, Chain, and Direction — helping them understand how to make sure their bikes are safe and ready to ride. It was a great start to the programme, with pupils building confidence and awareness from the very beginning.
